With continual outside pressure\, the adrenal glands must work overtime to make enough stress hormones to maintain the constant cycle. \nOur bodies’ adrenals struggle to support cortisol’s increased need and respond by stealing from our thyroid and reproductive systems. Eventually\, our bodies can’t keep up with the demand. The endocrine system then gives signals that something is off.
