Release the week and give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and restore. This peaceful evening of Candlelight Restorative Yoga offers a space to step away from the busyness, responsibilities, and constant doing of everyday life and ease into the weekend feeling more grounded and renewed.
Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, we’ll move through gentle movement, intentional breathing, and fully supported restorative yoga poses designed to encourage the body to release tension and the nervous system to settle. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and props, the body is given the opportunity to become comfortable enough to truly rest.
Restorative yoga isn’t about stretching deeper, achieving a pose, or working harder. It is an invitation to do less and receive more, creating space for quiet, stillness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. This practice is appropriate for a wide range of abilities, with modifications offered so you can find the support and comfort your body needs.
Come as you are, get cozy, release the week behind you, and give yourself the space to simply rest, breathe, and restore.
