Do you have the patience to wait until your mind settles and the water is clear? Can you remain unmoving till the right action arises by itself?”

Kick Start Your Daily Routine
The new year is a great time to reflect, observe, and reset the course of one’s life. It is a time to re-evaluate habits, routines, and self-care that are supportive and make adjustments where change is needed. Even if you didn’t create better habits at the beginning of the year there is no time like the present!
When uncertainty increases and the future become unclear, feelings of anxiety and fear appear. This is why creating better habits helps us to transform challenges into opportunities.
Routine and self-care practices are so much more than bubble baths, massages, and manicures. Instead, they reconnect us with a powerful part of our beings that supports, nourishes, and guides us on our journeys.
Routine helps us create a place of stability and connection to engage in the external world with clarity and purpose. It protects us from the struggles that the world transfers to us by setting the tone for the day and creates closure at the end of each day. (See my blog on self-care.)
I follow Ayurveda and yoga’s ancient practices and suitable western fitness methods for optimal health and wellness. I am not offering a typical kick you back into shape viewpoint; instead, I am providing you with a more in-depth approach to health and wellness. Small changes over a period of time develop the most significant transformation.
FREE: School Teachers and Staff – Building a Foundation: Stress Management and Optimal Wellness
In the past 5 months, our lives have changed drastically. The life that we once knew and the changes that happened are almost unimaginable. One of the aspects of life that changed is schools, something that is now a controversial issue.
Jenna and I are curious: What would you do with your time if you were rested, deeply nourished on all levels, focused, filled with creative energy, and felt truly alive?
My heart aches to witness the fear-based culture that thrives today. Jenna and I strive to educate the importance and positive effects of lifestyle changes and self-care. (Read my blog “Self-care is Not About Being Glamorous.“) Together, they create a better environment for overcoming the challenges of stress, COVID isolation, and diminishing self-worth due to extreme changes and disconnection from self and others. We will guide you through self-care practices, introduce specific daily routines, educate you on why they are essential, and help you gain a deeper connection with your authentic self.
The program will be offered on-demand, and you will have access to Kamie and Jenna to ask questions or pose concerns.

Deeper Self Connection
It is highly recommended to start with the Kickstart Program or private session with Kamie, so you have a foundation for the more in-depth courses below.
Phase One: Stress, Hormones, Sleep, and Lifestyle (30 Days)
The first step is to understand what hormones are, specifically identifying the difference between stress and sex hormones. How do they work together and when do they work against each other? We will dive deeper into supportive lifestyles, sleep, and optimal times to rest, digest, and move.
Phase Two: Nourishment and Nutrition (60 Days)
What does it mean to nourish our bodies, minds, and souls? Food, meal timing, and digestion are vital factors in our health. Even more, it is not just about food; relationships and lifestyle play a part in our overall nourishment too.
Phase Three: Mental and Emotional (60 days)
Then we will discover the mental and emotional factors that play a part in our perceptions of our lives and engage in life practices to support their wellness. This will better our understandings of our emotions and how our bodies respond to the world around us.
Phase Four: Wholehearted living! (90 Days)
And finally, we will do a little soul searching through a wholehearted approach to living. What are our authentic voices? Do our lifestyles support or harm ourselves and others? We will implement philosophies such as non-harming, truthfulness, limiting beliefs, boundaries, and compassion.
30 Day Intro to Yoga Program
If you have looked for a yoga class and have been scared to try, this is the class for you! Learn the basics of yoga in a group of people that are in the same place in their yoga journey. Each week will start with meditation and move into basic yoga poses to build confidence in your practice of yoga. This class is for folks who have little to no yoga experience!
30 Days of Meditation Program
Spend thirty days with less stress, better sleep, and more awareness! Each day we will move through guided meditations that will give you more clarity on topics.
A meditation practice can seem daunting but it doesn’t have to be! We can all gain a new perspective with the world around us. A greater perspective only takes a little practice. There are many things in life that are beyond our control. We can only control our thoughts and how we react to events. Meditation is a means of transforming your mind. These practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, and emotional positivity.
After our practice together spend a few minutes reflecting or journaling to move thoughts from your head into the universe.
