“Restoring Strength and Radiance” 3–7 Days
Overview
After cleansing, the body’s channels (srotāṃsi) are open and receptive. This is the moment to rebuild — to nourish ojas (vitality), steady digestion, and integrate the lessons learned. Without rejuvenation, a cleanse can leave one feeling light but depleted. This phase bridges purification and lasting vitality — grounding energy, restoring strength, and re-establishing daily rhythm.
Goals
- Reintroduce foods slowly and mindfully.
- Deeply nourish tissues (dhātus) with warm, grounding meals.
- Rebuild strength, immunity, and emotional stability.
- Reflect on insights and set intentions for the season ahead.
