After cleansing, the body’s channels (srotāṃsi) are open and receptive. This is the moment to rebuild — to nourish ojas (vitality), steady digestion, and integrate the lessons learned. Without rejuvenation, a cleanse can leave one feeling light but depleted. This phase bridges purification and lasting vitality — grounding energy, restoring strength, and re-establishing daily rhythm.
