Kamie Slegers is an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, bodyworker, and herbalist with nearly three decades of experience in holistic health and movement. Her journey began with yoga in 1996 and has grown to include Ayurveda, herbal medicine, therapeutic yoga, Marma therapy, craniosacral work, cupping, massage, and lymphatic support. Kamie takes a whole-person approach, looking beyond individual symptoms to explore digestion, sleep, stress, movement, nourishment, daily rhythms, and life stages. She has a particular passion for women’s health, healthy aging, digestion, and nervous system wellness. Through When Shift Happens, Kamie blends ancient wisdom with practical, individualized care to help people reconnect with their bodies and create sustainable changes that support greater balance, vitality, and well-being.

Kamie Slegers is an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, herbalist, and bodyworker with nearly three decades of experience in yoga, movement, and holistic wellness. Her approach brings together the wisdom of Ayurveda, herbal medicine, yoga, and therapeutic bodywork to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Kamie has a special interest in women’s health, digestion, healthy aging, nervous system wellness, stress, sleep, and helping people feel more connected to their bodies. Her bodywork incorporates Marma therapy, craniosacral work, cupping, massage, lymphatic support, and therapeutic movement.

Kamie believes wellness doesn’t have to come from making overwhelming changes. Instead, she helps people better understand their bodies and create realistic practices that fit their individual needs and everyday lives.
