My private practice and study is in Ayurvedic Medicine and Lifestyle Practices leads me to believe that we can attain optimal health by bringing these two sciences together. I am fortunate to live in a time when Western science provides research to support Eastern medicine. In tandem, Western medicine is supported by preventative care (a foundation for optimal wellness) and supportive care (an aid to recovery during and following an illness) through proper nutrition, stress management techniques, community connections, lifestyle, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I would love to share with you what I have learned, based upon the Ayurvedic Vedas, which are ancient Sanskrit texts of wisdom and wellness. I have simplified the approach, and the concepts have been researched and proven by Western science. This includes our inner clocks, following the optimal times to eat, sleep, exercise, and more. Through my advanced studies in hormone health and habit forming, I have provided small steps to achieve greater results, emphasizing the simplicity of these teachings to derive a healthier lifestyle.
