What does it mean to have vibrant health, live life with meaning, and have a deep sense of peace, contentment, and purpose? Today, we are applauded for being over-worked, stressed, and exhausted. We are taught that stress, anxiety, and chronic disease are a normal part of life and aging. However, this could not be further from the truth. Ayurveda teaches us that there is always a choice, providing us with effective and intuitive tools that can be used to evaluate the degree of disharmony, whether slight or severe, to determine its cause and give us the practices to reclaim optimal health.

Many things in life are beyond our control. We only have control of our thoughts and in turn how we react. Meditation is defined as the transformation of your mind. The practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, and emotional positivity. Adding meditation into your day can lead to a new perspective of your life.
