Meditation and Pranayama with Kamie (Should Studio – Anoka)
Meditation and Pranayama involve concentration and breath. Meditation is a practice of cultivating awareness of our habitual thought patterns, and pranayama is a practice of refining our breath and increasing awareness of pranic flow.
