“Making Space for Clarity” (3 days)
This phase gently loosens accumulated āma (toxins) and prepares your digestion (agni) for deeper cleansing. You’ll simplify your meals, regulate your schedule, and begin body therapies that awaken lymphatic flow.
Goals
- Reduce stimulating foods (sugar, caffeine, processed foods, alcohol).
- Begin hydration rituals and gentle movement. Introduce simple, warm, cooked meals.
- Anchor your day with prayer, journaling, or meditation.
