Lifestyle and Personal Growth: Why an ordinary life can be extraordinary!

Here is an outline of what will be covered in the 4 phases of the program

Phase One: Hormones, Sleep, and Lifestyle (30 Days)

The first step is to understand what hormones are, specifically identifying the difference between stress and sex hormones. How do they work together and when do they work against each other? We will dive deeper into supportive lifestyles, sleep, and optimal times to rest, digest, and move.

Phase Two: Nourishment and Nutrition (30 Days)

What does it mean to nourish our bodies, minds, and souls? Food, meal timing, and digestion are vital factors in our health. Even more, it is not just about food; relationships and lifestyle play a part in our overall nourishment too.

Phase Three: Mental and Emotional (30 Days)

Then we will discover the mental and emotional factors that play a part in our perceptions of our lives and engage in life practices to support their wellness. This will better our understandings of our emotions and how our bodies respond to the world around us.

Phase Four: Wholehearted living! (90 Days)

And finally, we will do a little soul searching through a wholehearted approach to living. What are our authentic voices? Do our lifestyles support or harm ourselves and others? We will implement philosophies such as non-harming, truthfulness, limiting beliefs, boundaries, and compassion.

Together we will dive deeper into health concerns and imbalances.

  • acquire an overall health and lifestyle assessment (reevaluate after the Kick Start Program)
  • identify health concerns and wellness objectives
  • gain a deeper understanding of your constitution (dosha according to Ayurveda) and how this plays a part in lifestyle choices
  • evaluate imbalances that affect sleep, weight gain, stress, hormonal issues, infertility, menstrual issues, menopausal symptoms, and more…
  • daily practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, dietary recommendations, behavioral habits, and more…
  • Receive support/treatment recommendations and personalized treatment plans to apply immediately following our session (dinacharya or daily routine). This is one of the single most powerful Ayurvedic tools for improving overall health and wellbeing and is why the Kick Start Your Daily Routine is recommended. These sessions are a collaborative effort, making you an active participant in choosing what is best for you and your lifestyle. Live sessions and private sessions are casual, private, and confidential. In group sessions, you can share as much or as little as you feel and information will not be shared outside of the group. Follow up private sessions are recommended for accountability and treatment adjustments.

The next phase will include:

  • One private session with Kamie per phase
  • Monthly small-group check-ins.
  • Monthly large-group meetings where we all come together.
  • All group sessions are recorded to share with the group and are not to be distributed to any other group or used for any other purpose.
  • Assignments help with practices, building a personal routine, and journaling.
  • Support from Kamie with any questions you may have. 
  • Recorded lectures and sessions for you to listen to at any time, at home or on-the-go.
  • Access to on-demand meditation and pranayama yoga classes.
  • Access to Zoom for live yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes to support your practice.
