Theresa Lease is a life-long listener and spiritual seeker. After years on the amateur circuit being a sounding board for friends and family, she’s now gone pro as a life coach. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and then spent much of her adult life raising her family while moving from state to state. She has worked in a wide variety of positions from Assistant Director of Corporate Communications for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to Operations Manager at a shoe store. Her life was unexpectedly derailed by the ending of her marriage in 2004. The depression she experienced coping with that loss led her to the writings of Martha Beck, which inspired her to take Martha’s life coach training. In January of 2020, she added Breathwork to her practice, and it has since become her main focus in helping people transform their lives by reducing their suffering, reconnecting to their bodies, and finding joy in life again. Theresa lives in Andover, MN, where she loves singing and dancing around the house and blissfully watching the wildlife that frequent her backyard.
