What does it mean to have vibrant health, live life with meaning, and have a deep sense of peace, contentment, and purpose? Did you know many imbalances and diseases can be reduced or eliminated through a healthy lifestyle and routine?

Today, we are applauded for being over-worked, stressed, and exhausted. The busier our life feels and looks supports our belief that we are important, and what we are doing is of value. We also believe that stress, anxiety, and chronic disease are a normal part of life, and deterioration is an element of aging.

However, this could not be further from the truth. We have a choice whether to live a life of balance or succumb to the imbalances of modern life that lead to disease.

Ayurveda’s ancient practice provides us with practical and intuitive tools to evaluate the degree of disharmony, whether slight or severe, to determine its cause and give us the techniques to reclaim optimal health.

Kamie will discuss the importance of following nature’s rhythms and laws and why it is vital to keep our bodies healthy and functioning optimally. When our body is out of sync, it leads to imbalances that show up as signs of disease and illness in our mind and body.
