Internal balance and relaxation are essential for a women’s health, whether we are bringing a new life into the world, being inspired by others around us, or anchoring to our truths from within. Come and join Kamie in exploring your womanhood.

During our 28 days together, we will focus on physical health and mental clarity, focus, emotional stability, and spiritual wellness.

The Well Nourished Woman Program aids in awareness of life, personal growth, hormones, stress reduction, weight management, and overall reproductive health. Our monthly cycles play an important roll in our emotional needs and how we create comfortable transitions into menopause and our golden years. We will learn about the four phases of life and the importance of relaxation and self-care. Come see how our hormones’ health relates to relationship building with partners, families, friends, and ourselves.
